如题，然后开了卖家支持，收到如下邮件，哪位大佬帮我分析一下吗

刚注册的欧洲站，身份验证这里上传了企业授权和个人身份信息，但是过了帮个月了，一直没动静，开CASE客服也只是回复正在验证，怎么办啊各位大神
