就是说需要给我们办理商标的那个人也回复一下亚马逊的文件才可以是吗

我想请问为什么我的代理已经回复亚马逊，但是亚马逊还是发同样的邮件过来？我也已经在这个case里面回复了亚马逊说我的代理已经回复了。
