标题:计划怎么写?求指教。产品被投诉,listing 被关 。在 FC Processing,
产品被投诉,listing 被关。说是在 FC Processing,要怎么样才能active,求指教。投诉原因,购买的数量于实际收到的不符。
我有给亚马逊提供证据说条码没有贴错。确实也没有贴错。
我们的产品是以数量为变体的。出了50单有2单说是买的3个,收到的是2个。然后亚马逊就把lisitng关了。本来有400个库存,库存被移到了FC Processing里面。说是误导了消费者,要求改标题,detail,图片什么的。当我一切都按要求来了,还是inactive.
不同的客服回答不同。
第一个客服说:
please expect some delays as the units will have to go through FC processing.
I have checked in our internal tool and confirmed that the units will be available on 12/13/19 17:00:43 as per our fulfillment center standards.
当我回复case 说这是季节性产品,非常紧急。
第2个客服说:
建议我移除订单,重新出库。
我回复说时间太紧张。不能移除再入库。
第3个客服说:
