显示The package is being held for a future delivery date. We'll attempt to deliver on the date requested. 和货代确认说是，英国当地派送会有延迟。可是从上海到英国一共就花了2天不到，到英国后就一直不动了，好奇怪。。 请问现在UPS进仓是需要预约吗，大家也遇到这种延迟的情况吗？
