标题:天杀的亚马逊,丢了我158件货!!!谁能进来解释一下???

天杀的亚马逊,丢了我158件货。
我1月4号发了1大箱子到亚马逊,单号显示13号就签收了,但是一直没有上架,前几天联系亚马逊客服,今天最后得出结论,丢货了。
想请问大家:
1. 如果我package label贴错了的话,亚马逊仓库收到货后,会不会拒收我的包裹???
比如说我一个shipment 之前就收到货了,亚马逊关闭了这个shipment,但是我后面发货还贴了之前的shipment的package label,那亚马逊仓库收到货会拒收吗,能入库吗?
2. 亚马逊仓库丢失是怎么赔偿的?(我知道他们有发赔偿规则给我,不愿意看,心都伤透了,哪还有心思看)
3. 我一共发了160个,8个SKU放在一个箱子里,他说其中1个SKU中2个物品收到了,但是是在我创建的另外一个shipment里面收到的。问题是,这两个shipment里面都有7个重复的SKU,这个SKU收到了2个,其他6个SKU一共158件物品一个都没收到???

不要担心如果是亚马逊丢了,他们会照单给你赔偿的。亚马逊大手笔

没有照单赔偿,一共2900多美元,只赔了2000美元,我从中国发到美国的运费呢,我还亏了呢!!!!

不错了,比起我们那么多货在亚马逊,还没卖掉,交着仓储费的,你算很幸运了,爱丢东西的女孩,运气都不会太差

货物丢失,是用你的销售价减去他们的手续费之后再乘以丢失的数量进行赔偿的吧。

宁愿不要这个赔偿要货,中国发过去的运费+货物卖出去产生的利润,不知道比亚马逊赔偿的奥多多多少呢,

你应该是直接一整票货都丢了,有2个货收到了,更有可能是发货的时候将这两个货不小心放到另一个shipment里了。
如果货能找回,那肯定是更好。但是如果确实找不到,也只能让亚马逊赔偿了。

你找一个代开发票的公司就好,我丢产品的时候,就是找个开发票,他们只是要一个凭证,不过我都是小数额的,不知道你要开多大的。我可以推荐给你一个我经常用的,可以加我qq 398933801

开不了发票就没办法了,叫别人代开看看。
我之前弄的时候是不需要开发票的。

如果亚马逊还没接收就找物流服务商索赔,如果是亚马逊丢失的就找客服开case索赔
