US站点Beauty类目产品收到亚马逊要求我们与CPSC联系并要求我们声明自愿召回已出售的商品,我们应该怎么办?

[size=14.6667px]I am writing to inform you of a compliance matter needing your immediate attention involving the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) regarding the following ASINs:

[size=14.6667px]These ASINs may violate a mandatory consumer product safety rule under the CPSA (or any other rule, regulation, standard, or ban under the CPSA or any other Act enforced by the CPSC) or contains a defect that presents a substantial product hazard under CPSA Section 15(a)(1) or (2).

[size=14.6667px]Amazon respectfully requests that you complete the following steps and send us the requested information toregulatoryscreenshots@amazon.com:

[size=14.6667px]1. Email the following contact at the CPSC: Joseph F. Williams, Senior Compliance Officer
[size=14.6667px]- Email:JFWilliams@cpsc.gov

[size=14.6667px]2. Please share with the CPSC that you are writing them to voluntary recall the ASINs Bxxxxx, which you sold on Amazon.

[size=14.6667px]3. Provide a screenshot of your email to the CPSC as requested on step 1 and 2.

[size=14.6667px]4. Provide test reports to UL-859, issued by an ISO 17025 certified laboratory, and the respective General Certificate of Conformity for each of the affected ASINs.

[size=14.6667px]The CPSC has set certain deadlines with respect to a potential recall of these products, so it is crucial that you respond to this case with the requested information within the next 24 hours. If you need additional time to obtain test reports, please indicate so in your response. Please be aware that if you do not do so, and Amazon must take action in relation to the recall of these products, it will seek reimbursement from you for the cost of the recall process and the remedy offered to customers.

一脸懵逼,开case申诉 回复也没说我们提交的文件有什么问题,也不说还需要什么文件,就跟一个机器人回复一样

建议多开几个case, 找不同的客服解答,一般产品被召回,客服都会告知另一个专门管召回的部门邮箱的,那个邮箱会告知具体需要什么认证

只能不断开case找客服处理了
这个很明显就是产品出了问题了,除了找他们没有其他办法了
