Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,
One or more items in your FBA inventory qualifies for a reimbursement. We have initiated a reimbursement request for you. No action is required by you at this time.
This reimbursement is for an issue that you brought to our attention or for an issue that we identified at the fulfillment center. The amount is determined by the FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy (http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/cu ... l/?nodeId=200242960) and the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/1791#FBA).
Your account will be credited USD 60.17 .
You can view the credit in thePaymentsreport underOther Transactions(https://sellercentral.amazon.com ... lement-summary.html, sign-in required). These credits are identified underTransaction ViewasFBA Inventory Reimbursementin theProduct Detailscolumn. Where a case ID is available, click the ID to view the case details.

这是亚马逊的补偿退款。 一种情况是Warehouse Damage,亚马逊在接收FBA货物入仓的过程中发生了损坏。
第二种情况Carrier Damage,FBA出单,亚马逊自己发货,结果买家收到的产品,在包装或产品外观上发生了明显的损坏,买家联系亚马逊,然后退货。这个是亚马逊自己运输的原因造成的损坏。
这两种情况亚马逊都会给你赔偿的。

请问您知道的具体的赔偿金额的算法吗?入仓损坏的是按sku的售价赔偿还是其他的?我有查过客户退货的赔偿。对于客户要求退货的产品,无论是直接报废还是重新上架售卖,他补偿的金额都是买家实际支付的金额扣去亚马逊发货的费用和平台佣金。请问您知道详细的吗?思绪理不清。
