注册品牌的CASE显示，亚马逊需要其他的证据，已经联系过我们，但是我们没有收到任何的邮件或者电话，麻烦看下这种情况要如何处理呢？

Why is this happening?

备案失败，再试一次看看，最好跟你的品牌注册商要一份备案流程，现在备案比较麻烦了。

品牌备案，要求提供与第三方制造商协议证明文件和采购生产发票，产品上必须附有品牌logo商标哦。产品照片不能白底，不能是P的图或者用贴纸，一定要印上去。可以解决
