我也遇到了同样的安全投诉问题，发了很多申诉信，但是都没说The plan you provided does not identify。最后一封是说不会再回复我的问题。 可否指导一下怎么做呢？

请问可以看看你们的申诉信吗？我今天也遇到一个listing因为安全问题被下架，我们的产品无电池无液体，唯一一点能想到的就是 产品有个配件上面可能有个很小的刺，导致客户不小心刮伤手？
