标题:求助，品牌授权拒绝问题
大神们，你们好。在亚马逊后台提交了品牌授权备案，结果发回邮件说授权失败了，说是我提供的授权信件不授予我在亚马逊上管理品牌内容的权限。授权信必须是模板，或者必须遵循应用程序中提供的模板格式，并由品牌所有者签名。但问题是我就是直接从后台上下载的模板交给厂家去签字的，请问是不是格式错误还是填写的信息有漏？ 以下是亚马逊回复邮件内容：
