For now, we are only accepting brands into the new Brand Registry if they have a registered, principal trademark with a mark drawing type of STANDARD CHARACTER MARK or TYPESET WORD(S)/LETTER(S)/NUMBER(S) for their brand name.

https://brandregistry.amazon.com.Please use your existing Seller Central username and password to sign in. We will ask you to provide additional information about your brand and create a new account. After we validate this information, you will be enrolled in the new Brand Registry.
If you don’t have a registered trademark for your brand name, you do not have to take any action at this time. You will not have access to the new Brand Registry features. However, you will continue to be able to list products without a Global Trade Item Number (for example, UPC, ISBN, EAN, JAN) by using a key attribute such as part number, catalog number, or model/style number.
