DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Compliance with the EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC) of 2014/30 / EU
AND
Compliance IEC 62133: 2012 for rechargeable and secondary batteries
Compliance with battery directive 2006/66 / EC
AND
Compatibility with IEC 62133: 2012 for rechargeable and secondary batteries
OR
EN 60086: 2015 Safety of lithium batteries (eg a non-rechargeable pacemaker battery with a lifetime of 30 years
This document must be written and provided ONLY by the manufacturer of the product for which you are applying and not by a third party. Any other type of document (certificate of conformity, test report ...) will be automatically rejected.
3.产品及包装图片
A photo of the packaging with the product clearly identifiable ,in line with the declaration of conformity : your photo was not compliant , because it was a photo of the product itself with model number appearing on a sticker. We would need those information (CE marking AND model number) shown as branded on the package.
