阿默，我注册英国站时提交了中文的水电费账单，亚马逊发来以下邮件说无法核实我的信息，然后我就通过seller support说了我是中国人的问题，2个礼拜过去了，他们还是没有回复我，请问该怎么处理呢？我担心英国站也无法成功了。

We were unable to verify the information provided when you registered for a Selling on Amazon payment account. As a result, we have not been able to proceed with the opening of your account and you are not allowed to start selling on Amazon.
