物流显示24号签收，然后一直没动静，开case问了客服，提供了相关信息后叫耐心等待！
今天收到2封邮件，一封说是登记了，正在卸货。另外一封说我的货件不符合对账条件？
不知道该怎么回复过去。。。
具体如下：
