因侵权而暂停销售的Listing是不是以后都不能进行销售了？

今天收到下面这封信

We are contacting you because we received a report of infringement from the rights owner listed below. Sellers on Amazon.com are not allowed to create listings or detail pages that infringe intellectual property rights. We removed the following content:

然后我给投诉人发邮件，至今未回，如果投诉人不撤诉的话，是不是这个Listing以后都不能进行销售了？

投诉人不撤诉的话，那账号申诉回来的几率很低了。

账号暂时未受影响，目前是被投诉的Listing被暂停销售。

我的情况和你一样，标题是Hamster Exercise Sports Silent Spinner Exercise Wheel Toy 账号没影响，我判断是标题品牌侵权了。现在你的情况是怎么样？联系投诉人了吗？

联系了投诉人，他表示不能撤诉，理由是撤诉了就会恢复我们的销售权，他表示我们的产品并没有在授权下销售。但是我反复看了标题描述图片，没看出哪里有侵权。而且有人也在卖跟我们一样的产品却仍然在销售。

我也不清楚，我们卖的是蝙蝠形状的玩具，但是我百度了蝙蝠侠的LOGO，跟我们的不一样。标题也没有写品牌。

这么多款式卖这个干嘛，不会侵权蝙蝠侠版权了吧
