英国站支付问题无法通过，PAYONEER证明

Dear Seller,

We were unable to verify the information you
provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and,
as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened.
Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell
on Amazon.

Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open
orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result ofA-to-ZGuarantee
claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing
Seller Account.
英国站已经注册三个月了，2018/12月已经信用卡扣了25欧元费用。
我用公司注册的PAYONEER，在上面按提示上传的资料证明，现在无法通过，哪位大神能帮手解决下？

您是绑定收款账号，无法通过验证吗？如果是收款账号的问题，可以咨询下收款的公司

看邮件也不明白是信用卡付款问题（已经扣过款）还是PAYONEER收款问题，今天开了个CASE，问下客服
