大家好,我家近日遇上同行投诉店内两款产品涉及侵权,“投诉人回复为”violated US copyright law. stolen our content and it's unacceptable. “
图片确认是我们自己拍的,方案这些有借鉴部分但都有相应做调整,未有涉及到对方的品牌LOGO之类的,更没有专利。我们有自己的品牌但对于被投诉的两款产品的类目不包括在内。写信到亚马逊申诉修改了相应的文案,并提供供应商送货单,订单以及收据这些。亚马逊依然回复邮件如下:
