客户开了不退货退款申请，被亚马逊强行退款

如题，客户开了不退货退款申请（returnless refund），在我完全不知情的情况下，亚马逊将钱直接推给了客户，已出现四单。后来一查这是11月中出的新规定，10美金以下的订单，如果客户开不退货退款申请，亚马逊可以直接退款给客户。简直是霸王条款啊？这个可以去后台设置来避免这种情况么？这个怎么破？

有问过客服，目前是没有办法来避免的

There are two ways to configure returnlessrefunds: Offer returnless refunds for returns that meet certain criteria：
■这里有两种办法可以配置规则：订单/产品只有符合某些标准的退货才给[不退货退款]的权限。

Point to Settings and then click ReturnsSettings.On the Returns Settings page, click Returnless Refunds.Click【 Add a New Rule 】 , enter the price range, optionally select theproduct categories and reasons for return, and then click Save. The newlyconfigured rule will apply to all orders from that time forward.
To edit anexisting rule, click on the rule, choose Edit, modify the settings and clickSave.
To delete a returnless refund rule, click on therule, click Delete, and confirm you want the rule deleted.
Note: All orders placed while the rule was activewill still have the rule applied.

■鼠标指向设置,然后选择退货设置,在退货设置里面选择[不退货退款],然后点击【创建一个新的规则】输入价格区间范围,选择产品类别以及退货原因（作为可选项）然后点击保存。你新配置好的规则将会针对从此以后的订单应用生效。
如果需要编辑已存在的规则,点击规则,选择编辑,调整上述设置并点击保存。
如果需要删除已存在的规则,点击规则,选择删除,然后确认你要删除的规则。
注意：所有已生成订单只要在规则生效时间以内都按照规则进行应用。

You can also offer returnless refunds forspecific products in your inventory.
Go to the Returns Settings page and then click【 Return AttributeOverrides 】.Download the overrides template 20.Follow the steps under the“Instructions” tab of the template.
To enable returnless refunds for specific SKUs,enter the “RETURNLESS_REFUND” prepaid label exemption code in this template.
Once you have completed this template, upload thefile on the Return Attribute Overrides page.
To see which SKUs that you’ve enabled returnlessrefunds for, download the Exemptions report in your Return Reports.
To disable returnless refunds, set the “PrepaidLabel” attribute in the override template for SKUs you want to disable.
Note: You can upload up to 50,000 SKU overridesin a single file. To configure more overrides, submit more than one template.
■你也可以针对某些特定产品才提供[不退货退款]。
在退货设置里面选择【退货属性覆盖】下载覆盖模板20号
根据模板里面的说明书进行填写
为了能让特定的SKU具备[不退货退款]的功能,在模板中输入“RETURNLESS_REFUND”预付费标签豁免代码。
一旦你填好了这个模板,把它上传到退货属性覆盖的页面。
为了能查看哪些特定SKU你设置了[不退货退款],在退货报告列表下载豁免报告。
为了能撤销[不退货退款]功能,在覆盖模板中为要禁用的SKU设置“预付标签”属性。
注意：单个文件中最多可以上传50,000个SKU替代值。要配置更多替代,请提交多个模板。
