个人专业卖家的儿童产品CPC证书需要怎么做？我是个人卖家，这company name 怎么写，有没有同行了解的，或是有范文可以参考的。感谢

Upon checking in our internal tools, I was able to confirm that the the given ASINs are prohibited, or violates copyright/trademark and is not available for sale and the listings are High risk ToysUPSC 2019.

Therefore, in order to reinstate the listings for the given ASINs, I would request you to write an email to the email IDchild-safety@amazon.comwith the below mentioned documents.

? Company name
? Seller ID/Vendor ID
? Email address
? Phone number
? A list of Toy ASINs you are applying to sell
? A Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for the ASINs you are applying to sell
? Test reports from a CPSC-accepted testing laboratory confirming each product was tested to the requirements

请问你的问题解决了吗？能否介绍一下。我也是个人专业卖家，不知道CPC证书的进口商信息怎么填，服务商让自已去找个美国进口公司，怎么找啊？

Company name就相当于是你们当时注册的账号名称
