刚注册就收到邮件说收款有问题，怎么解决啊？

请大佬帮助，
我五点多注册欧洲站的，然后七点多就收到这么一封邮件，然后打开站点就是现实我要提供账单，这是触发二审还是KYC？

那我准备好账单一系列的东西，只需要在系统里面提交就好了，还是要发邮件给卖家支持呢？还有没有希望解救啊？
还有我注册的北美站，已经快一周了，也没有回复，是不是证明没有通过啊？
