Thank you for reaching out with your request to add a role to the ******. We are unable to process this request at this time as the email address provided （***********） has multiple accounts and is also a secondary user on another merchant.

Brand Registry does not allow multi-marketplace account access and hence you are required to use a new email address to register in each marketplace to access Brand Registry.

To be able to operate in the brand registry, please direct the individual to create a Brand Registry account on Amazon with the email address, which has not been used earlier on Amazon.
