1.Seller cancellation(Excludes buyer requests):-100, 客户发了给邮件给我,标题是Return policy inquiry from Amazon customer David poulton,内容是Ordered wrong item.,正好我还没发货,我就给他取消了订单,但是亚马逊扣了我一百分,我给亚马逊发邮件了,可是他的回复却是不能补回扣掉的分。 2.A-to-ZGuarantee claim(Only seller faulted orders):-500, 客户问一些技术方面的问题,一直在给他解释,没有提及要退货,可是他突然发起一个A to Z,理由是:I reported the defective product to seller. Seller has contacted me several times offering advice, suggesting that my problem is not with the motherboard he sent, but with other parts in my computer. All the parts in my computer work with my motherboard, but when I plug my parts into his motherboard, the system does not work. Motherboards appear identical. He suggests my parts are defective. Since they work with my existing motherboard and not his, that makes no sense. I have followed his instructions, trying different things. Nothing works. I cannot afford to send the part back to Hong Kong and request a refund.我随即赶紧提供了我的美国退货地址,客户同意撤销了这个A to Z,亚马逊扣了我500分,导致我丢失了好些购物车,我给亚马逊发邮件了,也是回复我不能补回扣掉的分。

我这种情况还能补回分数吗,还需要继续申诉吗?
