FBA尺寸重测多次总是被量大，现在要提供UPC?

有个产品一直被量大，开了好几个case了，昨天要求重新测量，然后发了这样的邮件，要提供UPC，请问大家有遇到这样的问题吗？
想问问有没有什么技巧在开这个case？
