品牌备案被拒问题

个人名义申请的商标，并且与法人不一致，要怎么申请品牌备案呢？被拒绝了好几次了。联系过卖家支持团队的客服，但都说他们联系不到品牌支持团队，无法反馈这个情况。

联系卖家支持，如实反映情况，让卖家支持协助联系负责品牌备案的亚马逊团队尽快处理，也可以nei部解决

建议卖家最好联系客服详细说明情况，并出示相关证明表示该商标已经授权店铺，规定备案不成功，但如果是亚马 ...

现在亚马逊需要商标持有人跟店铺后台信息保持一致，可以做商标转让再备案，如果是TM标那就只能联系客服了。不要频繁备案，容易触发品牌滥用。
