For disputes or pending reviews, please provide Seller Support with the following information to help us to classify the product(s) listed above:
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). If you do not have access to an MSDS, please request one from your supplier or the manufacturer.
If an MSDS is not available, you can provide the following, along with certification from the manufacturer that these have been properly tested:
- UN Number and Packing Group
- Flash point and test results
- Risk and Safety Phrases associated with shipping the product
- List of ingredients
After we receive this information, the review period generally takes around five business days. At that time you will receive a determination via e-mail.
To provide additional information, to dispute the determination, or arrange to have your products picked up at the fulfillment center at your expense, please contact Seller Support within 5 business days of this notice and reference ticket 0034234191. If we do not hear from you during this period, we will proceed with the disposal of your hazmat inventory at your expense.
Please note that all FBA sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with FBA’s policies and any legal requirements regarding hazmat. Even if a product is not currently restricted from inbound, failure to comply with these policies may result in disposal or return of inventory, suspension of your selling privileges, or regulatory fines.
