翻新listing

请问下我因为首页差评多了想翻新一下listing
我把原来listing的产品信息保存下来了然后用新UPC创建了一个全新的listing
再在后台合并新旧ASIN 但是显示合并失败
开了CASE
亚马逊客服回复：

Based on your message, it looks like you are trying to merge product pages. The requested ASINs – xxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxx are not the same product and cannot be merged. We reviewed the ASINs and found that one or more attributes were not the same. According to our policy, all attributes for the products must match. We have closed this case.
