老产品不带电，描述不当导致被误判为移动电源，链接被删除，要求提供报告

最近，几个老产品被平台删除了，要求提供移动电源报告。

Greetings,

Amazon's listing policies require all the lithium powered portable external battery to be certified. In order to sell these on Amazon, you must apply and submit the following:

1. Your company name and seller ID ( merchant Token)/ vendor code associated to your account.
2. Your contact information (email address and phone number)
3. Documentation from a test facility accredited to ISO 17025 by an ILAC-MRA Approved Signatory evidencing that your product is certified under UL 2056 standard.
OR
4. Documentation from a test facility accredited to ISO 17025 by an ILAC-MRA Approved Signatory evidencing a combination of testing on both the Internal Battery and on the Power Bank:
i) Internal Battery
(one of the following)
? UL 2054
? IEC 62133-2
? UL/CSA 62133

AND

ii) Power Bank
(one of the following)
? IEC 60950-1
? UL/CSA 60950-1
? IEC 62368-1
? UL/CSA 62368-1
5. Image of the product displaying the model number and Brand/manufacturer name on the product, matching the test reports and Amazon's detail page.

By applying to sell these products you certify that all materials you submit in conjunction with your application are true, authentic, and accurate. Note that Amazon may remove your selling privileges for failing to meet these requirements.

这样怎么处理呢？
非移动电源也必须要做这样的报告提交才能被恢复吗？
如果恢复不了，损失也不小，库存还挺多。
求各位大神支招，万分感激。
