如题,半夜突然收到业绩通知被移除了销售权限,说是收到了德国税务机关的通知,表明您目前不符合德国的增值税要求。
该账号是21年4月份开始销售的,税号什么都有,7月份之后的税都是亚马逊代扣了,求助这是为啥被封呢? Upon request of German Tax Authority, your selling privileges in Germany have been deactiVATed and you are no longer allowed to use our Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) service in connection with Amazon.de
Additionally, you may no longer offer to ship items into Germany from any of Amazon's European stores. You may also no longer use our FBA service to ship items into Germany. Your shipping options have been restricted accordingly. If applicable, Pan-European FBA may also be restricted on your account. If you want to ship any open orders or remove any FBA inventory from our fulfilment centers in Germany, please create a removal order using a removal order file (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G200721270).
If you have funds in your Selling on Amazon payment account, they are also required to be withheld by Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A. on the instruction of the German Tax Authorities. The funds will be made available once the German Tax Authorities provide confirmation that you meet VAT requirements in Germany.
Why did this happen?
We received notification from the German tax authorities, indicating that you do not currently meet VAT requirements in Germany. Please remember that it's the responsibility of each Amazon seller to ensure they are VAT-compliant and you should seek professional advice if you are unsure of your obligations.
How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please contact the German Tax Authorities attask-force.1@fa-neukoelln.verwalt-berlin.de. Your Reference number is 16/653/74990 and you should quote this reference number in all correspondence with the German Tax Authorities. We will not restore your settings until your debts are fully paid and until we receive the official withdrawal of the order from the German tax office. Once we will receive the withdrawal, we will automatically restore your selling privileges in 5 to 10 business days.
Has your account been deactivated in error? If you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation atvatsubmit@amazon.com. Your explanation should include one out of the two items below: - Tax Authority declared that no debts are pending in relation to your account - Evidence that shows that a withdrawal has been already sent from the Tax Authority to Amazon.
What happens if I do not send a sufficient explanation? If you do not provide a valid appeal the account will not be reactivated and your funds will remain withheld. We explicitly reserve further rights and remedies should you not resolve this matter and ensure to comply with the provisions of the relevant agreements with Amazon which include the obligation to comply with any applicable local law.
