被判定为账号违规合帖

您好，我想问一下，账号并没有收到违规合帖的绩效通知，但是店铺内所有的合帖都被拆掉了，用库存文件上传报错：8036（Due to policy violations, you won't be able to create variation relationships between ASINs for 30 days. Future violations may result in account deactiVATion. Please review Variation Creation policy here and here. If you believe the variation relationships you created were valid, contact Selling Partner Support and mention error code 8036.）
账户团队的人也表明我们没有违规，请问这种情况怎么处理！
