急！亚马逊传真地址问题

[size=13.3333px]新账号，收到亚马逊二次审核要求传真资料的邮件，向各位大神求助！！！

We are conducting a review of your Amazon account to comply with applicable laws related to commercial transactions. During our review, you will be unable to access your account.

Within 9 days, please send the information listed below by fax. It is important that any information provided is easy to read and marked with the email address registered to your account andReference ID

-- Complete residential address.
-- A copy of an unexpired passport or other government-issued identification (for example, driver’s license).
-- Proof of address, such as a recentutility bill(if the address on the passport or government-issued identification is not current).

最关键是Proof of address, 信用卡账单打电话给银行了，目前都是提供账单上都只有姓名，没有地址怎么办？
[size=13.3333px]家里的水电，煤气等账单都是写的我老公的名字？可否附上这类账单，然后再加一份关系证明？

[size=13.3333px]还有我看论坛里有的小伙伴说是话费账单，但是话费账单上一般都只有名字没有含有地址啊？

信用卡账单用纸质版的一般是带有地址的，你可以看下是否有其他银行带地址的信用卡，如果没有的话提供水电煤气等带有体现个人地址及姓名的纸质账单，附上关系证明应该是可以的。

你好，一般什么银行账单会带地址，打算去办一个，哈哈哈哈
