两星期之前,提交了营业执照、身份证原件注册店铺,然后后面提示被冻结,原因是注册填写的地址与营业执照不一致,后来修改了,然后也收到银行提示,扣了39美元。上星期周五等着收到信用卡账单,把账单也通过邮件发送给亚马逊了,可为什么等到今天,我打开后台看依然还是被冻结的状态?是要等收到验证通过的邮件吗?一般需要多久?我现在是继续等到还是有什么其他操作可以做,新手小白,麻烦有经验的老鸟解答下,感激不尽。
邮件里的内容: “Hello, We are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.com. lease ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid forA-to-Zclaims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer. You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central.
