刚注册的新号，直接被冻洁，怎么破解，求救！！！

刚刚注册的新号，还没有上传过产品，亚马逊直接冻结，然后飘了3个红旗和5封邮件过来，其中有一封是冻结的原因，是信用卡的问题，这张信用卡是干净的VISA卡，没有注册过的，各位大神，这个情况怎么处理，邮件如下

让你的开户行给你银行流水电子截屏，或者或者发扫描件过来，你再复致一封邮件告知亚马逊你的信用卡情况
