跟卖被要求下架，这样下还是不下

之前一直在跟卖的，一直都有7、8个跟卖者，之前卖完了，近期又入了一批货，突然收到说我侵权了，要求下架的邮件，查了下商标，如下，好像没有具体分类。另外我不知道是不是这个商标，因为我只是按他店面搜索的，他产品图片，描述，完善没有提到商标，关键现在还有很多个国人在跟卖，原来是除了我是FBA，就只剩下他了，现在踢走我，就是他一个人FBA了，我现在该不该架呢？另外我下架了，要回复他么？我在亚马逊后台没看到邮件提示，是直接邮箱回复么？谢谢
