大店铺产品刊登不上去

EAN和UPC都试了，大店铺就是刊登不了新品，但是小店铺可以
请问是什么原因呢？

开case问客服吧，这种一般问题不大，上传操作时候可能哪一步出错了

错误报告就是这么说的，但是其他店铺可以。以前做过是新店铺的也存在这种问题，是因为新店铺限制刊登，现在是大店铺也限制刊登吗
