蓝牙体脂秤子分类销售许可申请求助

各位大神，

小弟有款蓝牙体脂秤销往美国，现在遇到了销售许可的问题，需要提供发票，产品包装，FDA相关文件，但是提供所有文件后还是不通过，请问还有什么办法可以通过吗？？在线急等。谢谢！！

发票包装应该没什么问题，认证是真实的吗？
Owner/Operator Number是多少
要可以在fda官网查询的

都是真实的，递交了两次都没过，还有什么需要注意的吗？
