请问收到亚马逊邮件内容和注册站点不符怎么办

我注册新了账号后就被冻结了，写了申诉，开了很多case。近期收到亚马逊英国的团队让我提供文件给亚马逊印度。原文如下，有点蒙了。
我直接回复邮件，声明我不是注册印度站，然后发营业执照，身份证和租金收据有用吗？
