货件中的箱子数量不正确

有没人遇到这种问题？
9.15号发的一个fba地址4boxes，结果到货显示库存差异一个sku少了两百多件。
货件差异查询直接提示货件中的箱子数量不正确。意思是少了1箱。
快递单号也是显示4箱货都递达了。
然后开case 一直回复的结果如下：意思是就当我亏损了？怎么解决好呢

估计是货物少了，或者是SKU码错了，QQ3340089332

过几天就好了，亚马逊正在入库，数量有时候是这样的，之前法国站我也遇到过一次这种情况

如果是刚入仓，对不上是正常的，通常等个一两天等入仓上架完全完成了就会恢复正常。，如果到时候依旧对不上，可以在货件计划那申请货件调查，让亚马逊来核查。

等他接收等1个月多了核查说boxes数量不对把我case关闭了默认解决该问题
