自己注册了商标因疑是侵权问题帐号被暂停了

各位大神
因为之前收到亚马逊的Suspected Intellectual Property Violations，但是没有理会，现在突然收到了帐号被移除销售权限，发了一串SKU给我让我申诉，只涉及到一个新建没有多久的LISTING，而且没有产生过订单。我申诉了两次都没有过，因为我有注册自己的品牌，不知道什么原因侵权了，该店铺都没有怎么出单，亚马逊给了一个COMPLAINT ID,也不知道怎么联系投诉的人。现在还让我提交

上述嗦提的产品真实性证明，我已经提供了品牌证书和授权书，因为我自己注册了品牌，不知道为什么还让我提供这个，侵权的根本原因，我现在也不知道是品牌侵权还是其他什么侵权。请问这种情况我该怎么处理呀，谢谢

最好是还提供发票，另外申诉计划也是很关键的。准备好了在提交

首先你可以问下你的招商经理或者开CASE问下客服或者绩效团队，你自己已经注册商标了，是不是存在什么误会，最好联系下对应的卖家，了解下具体的情况，最后你可以咨询下有关知识产权的大佬，就怕对方告了，自己做好充足的准备

自己也再看下 1.店铺注册时间 2.商标注册时间 3.产品是什么，获得销售授权书这三个，反正有关的时间都看下，万一对方也注册了该商标或者类似的商标，到时候可以对比下时间，具体的你也可以加下我的微信详细聊18069868705
