欧洲站gtin申请豁免被拒绝

已经注册品牌备案，英国站也已经申请豁免成功，德国站上传产品图片包装图和产品各个方面图片依然不通过，团队那边邮件一直回复这样，不知道哪里出了问题、有大神告知吗

You have applied for an EAN Exemption.

We only grant exemptions under rare circumstances and we use special criteria to determine if a brand is eligible for an exemption.

The EAN Exemption is only to be granted, for products in the state "new", which are not yet listed in the Amazon Catalogue and have no EANs.
If the identical product can be found on Amazon, or the Brand has EANs for the category, you are obliged to add your offer to the existing one.
If the Manufacturer has EANs, then the application will be denied.

The EAN Exemption Programme is being constantly developed to ensure that we protect the brand owner, rights owner and customers.
To protect the Brand, *品牌名字*, it has been generally excluded from the EAN Exemption Programme in Germany. Therefore we cannot grant an EAN Exemption in this case.

The EAN exemption is a sensitive topic, as we try to protect the brand security and hinder infringement.
