仓储费赔偿开了N次不给赔 1. 更正测量数据是4月27日,回复是经过测量重量与尺寸没有发生改变不给予赔偿原因:系统当前数据与4月27后的数据对比,所以没变化所以没赔偿
2. 我的case理由: 1. 4月27日有2笔FBA报销赔偿,原因是重量与尺寸变小所以有赔偿 2. 1月17日入库,2月的单品月度仓储费是$2026.89,4月的则是$292.45 3. 2月开case回复是FBA物流费$137.32 ,当前则是$23.86
中文客服都是垃圾,每次回复都是当前尺寸与重量没发生更改所以没有赔偿 英文也差不多, 请问各位如何开CASE,才有赔偿?
