1、对自己的产品要绝对的了解和熟悉，这是处理各种申诉的绝对前提。
2、根据专利号，充分阅读并尽可能了解和理解对方的专利。
3、外观专利侵权申诉相对设计专利侵权来说要简单一些，核心点是对比外观专利，找出外观上5点以上的不同，5点以上，越多越好，一般建议写6-7点，最好做图文对比展示，亚马逊审核团队很忙，他们每天要看很多申诉信，咱们申诉信约能用最简单的方式让对方明白区别点在哪儿，就越容易过，简明扼要。
4、要注重格式，自己产品特点和专利方特点用不同颜色区分开来，关键点要醒目，亚马逊后台政策有明确规定的，申诉信可以通过彩色字体凸出重点。
5、不光要有理有据，还要写出未来的打算，这很重要。
姐夫很注重你未来的经营规划，即使这个事儿不太符合咱们中国人的逻辑，没错被诬告还TM要写未来怎么做？但是不写你就过不去，依附平台寄人篱下就要遵守规则。
6、外观专利不需要提供发票等信息，申诉信最好导出成pdf文件，后台申诉时候是提交PDF版本显专业。千万不要用word，word有很多版本，很可能你写文档用的版本亚马逊打不开，这样你的申诉直接就被秒拒，亚马逊所有申诉都不要用word。
7、据我从国外网站搜集的资料显示，申诉一般有3次机会，第一次是最重要的，一次不过后面就相对难一些了，所以不要浪费任何一次申诉机会，没有把握就不要乱提交。
8、要自信，不要怂，可以去多打探消息，但不能被服务商和投诉方吓倒，商场就是战场。
9、不要存有幻想对方会撤诉，更不要不处理绩效问题，外观和设计专利侵权是躲不过去的跟版权侵权不同。
三、亚马逊卖家如何预防专利侵权?
如果您是进货商，请跟工厂确认该商标是否注册相关专利，能否授权给你，如果您不太明确，可以私信我或者找专业律师。
1、版权侵权的预防方法：
a、请务必确定自己所销售的产品没有侵犯他人版权、著作权的权益；
b、如果您是模仿他人产品、宣传信息，一定要获得他人授权许可，这样就能够在亚马逊上销售其他人的版权作品。
C、自己的所创作的作品，包括但不限于视频、电影、歌曲、书籍、音乐等，一定要提前做好申请保护，做好未雨绸缪的准备，这样可以最大化的保护自己的权益。
