英国站商品合规性文件

我们英国站有一款产品，多次提交商品合规性文件后，case回复因无法识别商品图片和符合性文件的真实性而被拒，现在给出的回复是无法恢复商品链接，但我们的产品包装图片是真实的，符合性文件用在其他产品上面也是没问题的，请问有遇到过这种情况的小伙伴吗，该怎么解决呢？

重新弄一下合规性文件，根据亚马逊要求来，一般都是很快就能提交通过的

但是因为提交次数过多，case回复不会恢复商品，重新提交有用吗
