亚马逊店铺收到GBC冻结邮件这个怎么弄

急急急问下大家5.24收到了亚马逊邮件，告诉我们店铺提款被冻结了，投诉的人是GBC，这种情况大家都是怎么处理的、
他们就给我留了一个一个号码，啥也没留这种还有救吗

最近亚马逊上被GBC盯上的好像挺多的，我也在5月份被冻结了，找律师和解是第一步，我现在顾虑的是是否继续在亚马逊上销售？
暂停销售对产品排名的影响非常大，但是继续销售入账又担心最后按比例赔偿金额的时候产生更多的损失。
所以想请问有过这个经验的各位卖家或者律师，GBC按比例扣款的金额是按照我账户何时的账户金额呢？
有人说是根据GBC向亚马逊申请我账户资料时的即时余额，那么其实在你发送和解意愿之后几天就可以开始重新销售，因为后期的入账金额GBC律所应该是获取不到的。
但据我所知，亚马逊从接到对方律所申请到提供卖家账户资料有2-3个礼拜的时间差，所以具体是按照何时的账户余额又无法预估了。
有过经历的各位卖家可以复盘一下你们当时的情况吗？
1：具体的金额赔偿比例是按照何时的账户余额计算？
2：从发送和解到对方律所回复，大概经过了多长时间？
3：中间有什么需要注意的地方吗？

要么委托律师，要么和解，你的确侵权的话，没招

这是被GBC律所起诉的，原告是 Entertainment One（小猪佩奇）那家公司，这个申诉是没办法解冻账户的，需要美国律师和原告律师谈和解，然后原告向法院撤诉，向平台发送解冻通知，释放账户。
