品牌注册，变成滥用，申诉还被拒，每通道了，如何处理

正常的品牌注册，然后突然变成了品牌滥用，新账号没任何违规记录，品牌是自己的，律师也是正常有效的。申诉已提交了发票，合同，授权书，还是被拒，邮件回复如下。请问要如何处理？

As a part of the appeal process, a detailed investigation was conducted based on the (i) information available in our internal systems and (ii) information and documents provided by you. Our decision is final at this point in time. Any new appeal request may be declined by the Brand Registry Team. 开case申诉，自己检查一下，如果没问题的话，需要提供提供邮箱、品牌名、case编号，提供商品受理通知书和注册号，品牌官网的链接（可选，十分建议一起上传），采购增值税发票一起去申诉

只能开case了，最好人工服务，拿笔记下来，准备好资料（邮箱，品牌名，商品受理通知书和注册号等），申诉

一、品牌被移除的原因
1、投诉失败(多次进行品牌违规投诉，并且成功率很低的话就容易被亚马逊误判为品牌滥用)
2、授权店铺或者这个店铺出现违规操作(查看备案的店铺的绩效通知，查看是否有侵权，欺诈等违规未处理。))
3、商标在商标局出现异常状态
4、这个品牌授权超过5家店铺
5、同一主体注册的其他站点是否有违规行为，需要所有站点都正常销售。
6、暴雷的商标，店铺和品牌都会被亚马逊标记，就算重新备案，也可能会被判为品牌滥用。
7、品牌原因:去商标局查下商标的状态是否正常
8、使用了其他账号备案这个品牌授权给这个店铺，后续进行了解除备案账号操作
9、违规合并变体
