亚默，帮我看下，这是商标所有人写信来还是竞争对手吓我的？这个是国内一个很普通的牌子，很多人都在卖都没问题。

Hi， We are Marketfair , we noticed that you are not authorized online retailer for *** (Registration, NO.***** in USA) brand products and you have listed these particular item(s) (with ASIN: ***) which are sold exclusively by*** authorized retailers. As you may be aware, the unauthorized selling of *** products is an illegal action that seriously infringes Trademark Law. As the Trademark owner we did not sell you, nor authorize you to sell, any *** branded products. Also you are against Amazon's policy. We kindly request that you follow our instructions:a) Remove your offers from all *** product pages on Amazon within 24 hours, and do not list items on*** product pages in the future.b) send us confirmation after you remove the product as issue from your listing. 1. 先不管那么多，先删除这些listing，不管他是否真的有商标。

2. 参考论坛帖子，查询下他是否有商标：//www.88bfru.com/thread-1159-1-1.html

3. 如果查询出来没有注册，或者注册了没有在销售的这类商标保护产品下面的话，您可以发邮件给他，看他怎么回复。

查询到有注册这个牌子，但不是经营我个领域的产品。如何辩别这封信是商标所有人发来，或者是竞争对手发的？我经营这个牌子很久了，真不相信会侵权。并且中国有很多卖家在Amazon卖了一年多都没问题！

谁发来的应该是看不出，但是建议你下架，万一真的被投诉了对账户影响很大的。运气不好的一次就账户完蛋了。

同意阿默的说法，但也不排除是有些卖家的小动作。但是如果你非要卖的话，我提出我的看法，给段时间观察下，看一下跟卖产品的商家是不是原来的商家，道理很简单，肯定很多也会收到这样的邮件。很多中国的卖家，相信和你一样。但是像一些中国卖家，恨不得价格比你低，挤死你，更何况作为商标注册人。肯定告死你，不会那么好心给你发邮件的。

多谢順萁自繎的回复。我也同意，商标所有人那会这么好心提醒你。关于这个问题，我后来联系amazon的support help .他们回复“I understand completely your doubts about this, and due to this you may request legal paperwork that proves they are actually the rights owners ”

后来那个家伙回复恐吓我说立即投拆到amazon performance team.

再后来，我都不知会怎样。。。

如果竞争对手用自己没有注册的商标当做主要关键词这是亚马逊允许的还是说这是违规的？
