有关于投诉跟卖者不成功的问题,看看坛友有没有一样的经历

大家好,

最近我们公司的其中一个listing被一位英国卖家跟卖了.我们的品牌是已经在亚马逊上面成功备案.然后我们通过report infringement的页面投诉这位卖家.但是亚马逊给我们的反馈却是他们无法移除这个卖家的listing.这是第一次遇到的情况,以前我们投诉跟卖的卖家都会直接成功移除跟卖者.然后我们在后台help里面report violation写信给亚马逊,然后过了两三天一直没答复. 所以,特地来问问坛友有没有人遇到过这种情况,如果遇到了,是怎么处理的? 常理来说,备案品牌如果提交侵权报告的话,跟卖者是应该直接被移除掉的. 而且我们留意到这个卖家跟卖了很多品牌的产品,这种情况他应该跟危险才对. 希望有人能一起讨论一下.

这样好像和客服，运气都有关系。

非常好奇的是,我在report infringement里面有重点提到,我们在listing的里面包含了自家品牌的包装图片,而且我们并有授权任何卖家销售我们的产品.所以就凭这点应该就能判对方侵权了吧.

要么重新开个页面再投诉一次，要么直接test buy然后提交详细证据给亚马逊。
投诉这个品牌也是要看客服的处理的，不同的客服处理态度可能也不一样。

我们提交了资料,亚马逊的回复是正在调查,我估计问题应该不大了
