发布产品,系统已显示成功,但是后台看不到自己的产品,是什么原因? 账号一切显示正常,但是开了case问亚马逊,客服的回复如下: 各位大神,你们遇到这种情况吗?该怎么解决?(换了UPC还是不行) Dear seller, We have checked it for you and find the SKU could not be find in our system and the UPC match no ASIN,that means you have not uploaded listings successfully. It could be the following reason:
1.The UPC is invalid.
2.You may populate something inappropriate when you upload listing.
But we could not see directly which you have populated inappropriate because there is no submission history for this UPC if you did not upload it successfully.
So we suggest you upload listing by inventory files as if there is something wrong, we could check the files for you.
3.How to use inventory files upload listing?
Sign in your seller central>click Add Products via Upload in the inventory column>Download an Inventory File>populate the file with required information>save the files as txt. >Upload your Inventory File
Then you may check whether the file has error in Monitor Upload Status column.
4.Tips when populate files:
1)First check Data Definition page to see which column is the required field and some related introduction.
2)When populating, please refer the Valid Values page, if you did not populate Valid Values,it may occur errors.
3)Open Table macros when use excels, it could decrease the errors.
If after you use inventory files, it still not shown, please provide us Batch ID in Monitor Upload Status column so that we could check it for you.
