直接让他联系亚马逊就好了。就算留了差评,到时候FBA的订单是可以让亚马逊帮忙删除的。客户也不一定是骗子,也许是你的手机壳太硬了,客户套进去的时候就很费事,现在要拿出来就更困难了,可能是取下来的过程中弄坏了手机边上按键什么的。可能有这事,但是客户把事情故意夸大了。(我说的是可能,其实我觉得买家中的骗子占比还是很低的) 回复模板: Dear buyer, We are really sorry for the troubles caused to you, but please do not worry, you can contact the Amazon solve this problem.
