账号因为产品侵权被冻结，有申诉希望吗？

各位大神，请教一下。今天收到亚马逊法国站点的一个侵权通知。并且其他整个欧洲站包括英国都被移除了销售权。
像这种有办法申诉吗？申诉几率高不高？？
