亚马逊新店被冻结，要求提供账单

请教各位大神，刚刚注册的亚马逊美国站点，申请资料，身份认证过了以后就有个店铺后台，一打开上面就显示我的店铺被冻结，请查看邮件内容;邮件内提到：Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:utility billwith name and address visible Business license, if applicable If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. 想请教各位大神，除了营业执照，信用卡账单或公司账单要怎么准备，信用卡只要有交易记录就可以吗，只提交信用卡账单可以吗。谢谢各位大神
